If you came from Robin Messenheimers blog then you are in the right place. Wasn't her card just awesome. If not you can start at the beginning at http://www.su-stars.blogspot.com/.
Here is my card:

Stamp Set French Foliage
Ink Chocolate Chip, More Mustard, Cajun Craze, Soft Suede
Markers Chocolate Chip, More Mustard, Cajun Craze and Always Artichoke
Punch Modern Label

Directions:
Cut a piece of Crumb Cake card stock 51/2 x 41/4 for the base, then cut a piece of Cajun Craze 51/4x 4, then cut a piece of Natural Ivory 5 x 37/8.
Then I placed the Natural Ivory in the Argyle embossing folder and ran thru the Big Shot.
Next I sponged starting with light to dark. More Mustard, Cajun Craze and Chocolate Chip( to give a distress look)
Then I stamped the words down the left side using Chocolate Chip. Then I stamped the leaves random using Soft Suede.
Next I colored the leaves in using my markers with all the colors.
Then I stamped the water mark.
Assembled the pieces and tied Linen thread thru a Bronze button.

Beautiful card, Jackie....makes me ready for some yummy turkey right now. Your card makes me wish I had taken the time to make a few more cards and send them out. This would be a nice birthday card for some of the men on my list, too....thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic. We have a turkey in the oven for this afternoon's festivities and this hop is really helping me get in the mood.
