Lately I have need of a lot of thank you cards and wanted something simple and clean. Don't laugh, I know usually I am all Vintage, but not this time. Let's get started, this is one of my 10 minute cards. How cool is that!!

Here is the stamp set in clear mount.

And here is the card I came up with

I told you this was simple stamp, cut the layers and cut out imagine with Framelits. Glue and your done.  I hope my friend enjoyed the card as much as I had making it.  As always comments are welcome.  Come back next week for another new product preview.

Perfect Blend

Today I am starting showing some of the new stamp sets and accessories in the new Stampin Up 2013-2014 catalog.

My choice is to showcase the stamp set Perfect Blend

Here is what I came up with:

Supplies
Card Stock                          Baked Brown Sugar, Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
Stamp Set                            Perfect Blend, Gorgeous Grudge
Ink                                       Early Espresso
Stampin Up Markers           Early Espresso
Embossing Folder               Honey Comb
Punch                                  Hexagon
Framelits                             Chalk Talk
Accessories                         Crimper, Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine

I know it looks complicated, but it was easy to do. The hardiest thing was cutting the coffee cups and lids. I will be posting a tutorial later on if anyone is interested.

When you carve your very own stamp, you have will have an entirely new and different creative experience. And when you're finished, you will have created a one-of-a-kind stamp!
How exactly do you carve a stamp? Watch the video for a tutorial.
