Creative Sketches Challenge CS32

This week challenge is a color challenge from a quilt pattern.  With all the problems with blogger I could not get it up in a timely matter.

Here is my card that I submitted and I hope you enjoy it.
I cas my own card on this one. This quick and easy card is just picking the colors needed, Wild Wasabi, Peach Parfait, Marina Mist and Rich Razzleberry. I add a couple more using Very vanilla and Crumb Cake for balance. I ran each piece thru my Big Shot using different embossing folders. Wrapped around Rich Razzleberry polka dot ribbon. I left the sentiment off this time, but if I was going to do one I think celebrate would look nice.

If you would like to join in on the fun go to: http://wwwcreative-sketches.com and submit your card by clicking on linky tools.

I had a lot of fun making this card, since I am new to SU up I don't have a lot of the punches or die cuts so I came up this design and I hope you like it.

Supplies:
Card Stock                  Old Olive, Crumb Cake
Designer Paper           Springtime vintage
Punches                          Curly label and Scallop Trim border
Embossing folder        Square Lattice
Antique Brads             (I removed the prongs off the back so they will lay flat)

Leave me a comment and let me know what you think!

Stylish Blogger Award

I was greatly surprised and honored to receive the Stylishe Blogger Award from Angela Waters. Her blog is http://www.lifewithawienerdog.com/ is amazing and fun and I encourage you to check it out. Besides being an amazing stamper she is a VC rocker too. How great is that!! I first found her blog during a blog hop for VC Rocks last year and keep coming back for inspration.

Another great thing about this award is that I get to pass it on. I have found six ladies who are also amazing stampers and crafters who deserve this award.  Please be sure to check out their blogs so you can see their amazing artwork.
