Look What My Son Made Me! Beautiful and Yummy

Some of you know my son Joe is going to Culinary School to become a Chef. So proud mother that I am here is a little dessert he made me last night. Now remember this is out of one small apple. This served with Carmel dipping sauce. Sounds Yummy doesn't It? I know there is no card, box or other project involved but sometimes a mom just has to share.
